How it works
Step 1: Discovery Call
A 1-hour leadership kickoff to define your current state and pinpoint specific barriers and opportunities. I review your mission and work plan and will conduct up to three additional 15-minute interviews as needed.
Outcome: Solid groundwork for the Strategy Session.
Step 2: Strategy Session
I facilitate a 3-hour working session with your key decision-makers. We ask the hard questions, align on your Top 3 priorities, and begin to build the Action Plan.
Outcome: Alignment and focus on your Top Priorities.
Step 3: Action Plan
Within 3 business days of our session, I finalize a succinct Action Plan (typically 1-3 pages) designed to be shared and implemented right away.
Outcome: A ready-to-go Action Plan that moves your team forward.
